National Mental-Health Awareness Day raises a huge sum!

This week you have shown your generosity once again by helping us raise funds for mental health awareness and you have brought in your wonderful food donations for the local Tribal Trust food kitchen, as part of our Harvest celebrations. We raised £219.85 for Young Minds and the Tribal Trust were so thrilled with the food pile we gave them. So a massive thank you.

We have Parents' Evenings coming up, so please ensure you have booked your slots. We have not taught Science in our revised curriculum timetable, so we cannot give a judgement for that yet. However, it will be taught after half-term in our first block of Science. We are also looking forward to inviting you in once again after half-term to see our gallery of artwork. The journey of skilled art the children have been on has been brilliant.

This week attendance was won jointly by Year 1 and Year 4 with 98.63%. Years 2 and 3 fell below the 95% threshold. Well done Years 1 and 4. House Points were won by Kingfishers with 237, with Harriers a close second.

Remember the school will close for half-term after Wednesday 17th October re-opening on Monday 29th October.

Have a restful weekend everyone.
