Summer Term is here!
Welcome back everyone to the Summer Term at Homefield. A term where we have SATs, residentials and reports.
I have always loved this term, not only because of the improvement in the weather, but because it is where the pupils can see the rewards for all their hard work and efforts from across the year.
Even though it was a Bank Holiday week, we have already seen a St. George's Day Assembly and the Girls' Football Team earn victory over Hillside. A fabulous 2-0 win. It certainly was a game of two halves.
We have trips galore on the horizon. Year 1 and Year 3 will be off to the Bridewell Museum, Year 4 are off to Kingswood and Year 6 will be enjoying the treat of Pleasurewood Hills and Whitwell. Happisburgh and it's lighthouse is the destination for Year 2 and participants of the Generations' Project have the Norfolk Children's Book Centre to look forward to on Tuesday 25th April.
My newsletter and calendar of events are on this website for you to stay up-to-date with what is going on here at Homefield. If you need any other information, please feel free to come in and ask at the Office.
I am positive this will be a superb term.
