A Stone Age day ends the week in animal skin and clubs!

Attendance was won this week by Year 1 with 99.33%. Well done to these pupils. Sadly both Year 2 and Year 6 are below the 96% threshold this week. Staff will be conducting an attendance review soon to ensure patterns of poor attendance are addressed swiftly. Pupils showing regular non-attendance will be required to provide medical evidence for their absence. Failure to produce this will result in the absence being unauthorised.

Hawkers won the House Team Point race for this week - well done guys!

Year 3 had their Stone Age day, today. This looked lots of fun with the class dressing up in costumes from the age. There was lots of learning taking place throughout the day immersing the pupils within historic study. I am sure all the pupils will be able to inform parents as to what the Stone Age was really like.

Please remember that if you or your child need pastoral support, please telephone the school to speak to Mrs. Clarke, or you can make an appointment with her.

Next week, we have the Year 6 Height and Weight checks and the Year 5 trip to Norwich Castle, where they will be immersed in all things Viking. Please ensure you return the disco ticket slips as soon as you can, if you wish your child to attend on Tuesday 8th October.

Have a relaxing weekend everyone!
