How to Look After a Dragon

One full week into the new year, and it's like we have never been away...

In English...We have written a set of instructions for 'How to Catch a Dragon' and are now looking at expanding on these for an information pamphlet detailing 'How to Look After a Dragon'.

In Maths...We have completed our work on perimeter and area and are moving on to 3 weeks of extending our knowledge and skills in multiplication and division. We have also completed an assessment of the Autumn Term's learning which we will send home this week.

Our upcoming block of learning is Science...We will be looking at plant and animal life-cycles, including humans.

This half-term we need warm outdoor PE kits on Tuesday and indoor kits on Wednesday.

The secret blog word for this week is 'debugging' from our programming week. Can the children remember what it means and how the term was coined?
