Food donations take our breath away!
From the bottom of our Homefield heart, thanks must go to all the pupils and their families who donated food for the local food kitchens. The end result was so overwhelming, we could not get it all in Mrs. Clarke's car, so the food kitchen volunteers are coming to collect it themselves. Our school council members were delighted to receive this for such a great Christian cause. Your generosity is just another trait, which sets our school apart from others.
This week we had a Governor Challenge Day and it allowed us to showcase all the positives Homefield has to offer. Special mention must go the pupils again for the level of respect and politeness shown, particularly Joshua Moslin (pictured far right), who embodies everything we wish Homefield to be. Well done Josh you make us all so very proud. Extra praise must also go to the Caring Crusaders in Year 6, who led activities at break times and really portrayed how caring and responsible they are.
